If your delivery is delayed beyond the standard window, your writer will proactively communicate with you. Delays are rare and typically occur when we need additional information to complete the resume accurately.

Providing a thorough intake form significantly reduces the chance of delays. The more complete your information, the faster we can write — and the stronger your result.

Your resume will be delivered via email to the address associated with your order. You'll receive a PDF of the final version and a shareable Canva link to the editable source file.

Keep the Canva link somewhere safe — it's your permanent access point for future edits. If you lose it, contact us and we can resend it.

Yes. All Ressy resumes are built on templates that have been tested across major ATS platforms including Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, Lever, BambooHR, and Zoho. Our focus is on format compatibility and ease of processing — which is what ATS actually evaluates.

Free ATS scanners are not an accurate reflection of how real enterprise ATS systems work. They lack the custom workflows, advanced search, and HR integrations that actual hiring platforms use. Their primary function is to upsell a paid subscription — not to give you a genuine read on your resume's compatibility.

Our templates are tested directly against real ATS platforms. You don't need a third-party scanner to verify this.

If you're applying to roles outside Canada, let your writer know in the intake form so they can tailor your keyword strategy and positioning appropriately.

If you are not receiving interviews (phone or in-person) within 90 days of receiving your professionally written resume, we will rewrite it one time at no charge.

Before work begins: If you request a refund before your order has been started (before a writer is assigned and drafts are initiated), we offer a full refund.

After work begins: Once writing has started, we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you through revisions until you are satisfied. If you remain unsatisfied after revisions, we may offer a credit toward a future order.
