Within one business day of your purchase, our team will reach out to schedule your onboarding session. This is a focused strategy call where we align on your target roles, compensation expectations, target companies, and search parameters. Your resume and LinkedIn are finalized during or shortly after this session, and your search goes live within the first week.
Do I need an existing Ressy resume? +
No. The Ressy Gold package (resume, LinkedIn, cover letter) is included in this engagement. If you already hold a current Ressy resume from the past 6 months, we will apply a CA$250 credit to your first month. If your documents are older or you are targeting a new direction, we rebuild from scratch as part of onboarding.
How long until I see interview activity? +
Most clients see interview activity within 4 to 6 weeks of their search going live. Full placement typically takes 2 to 4 months, depending on seniority, target industry, compensation range, and geographic flexibility. Senior and executive roles naturally take longer due to fewer openings and longer hiring cycles.
What does the 2-month minimum mean? +
Week 1 is onboarding and setup. Weeks 2 to 4 are early-stage outreach and initial responses. Real interview pipeline typically develops from week 4 onward. Two months is the realistic minimum to give the search a fair run. After the initial period, the engagement converts to month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice to support@ressy.ca.
How does the 90-day guarantee work? +
If you have not received at least 2 qualified interview invitations within 90 days of your search going live, we extend your engagement by 30 days at no charge. This applies to clients who have completed onboarding and whose search brief targets roles with reasonable Canadian market availability (10+ openings nationally per month).
Can I see every application before it goes out? +
By default we operate within your pre-approved brief and submit without requiring approval on each individual application, which keeps velocity high. If you prefer a 24-hour review window on any submission, flag this during onboarding and we will accommodate it. You also receive a full log of every submission in your weekly Monday report.
